The MEADFA awards recognize innovative, dynamic world-class travel retail specialists in the Middle East and Africa region.
Companies are encouraged to nominate themselves and highlight their outstanding contribution in various aspect of their business. There is no limit to the number of entries per company.
MEADFA will honor an outstanding leader who, in its view, has made a remarkable contribution to the overall travel retail environment, promoted strong leadership, support of their people, and significantly impacted the overall sustainability, strategy, culture, and development of the industry as a whole.
Members: US$200 per entry,
Non-Members US$250 per entry,
(5% VAT will be charged separately where applicable).
The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Application & Awards Entry Submission deadline 1st October 2023

Failure to pay the required fees and entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Entries Preliminary Assessment by the 10th of October 2023
The MEADFA awards committee will review all the entries for completeness in advance of Jury Review and Scoring.
Note that it is the duty of the applicants to ensure that all documents are submitted correctly. The MEADFA committee will not be responsible for any incomplete submission.
Jury Review and Selection of Winners decisions by the 20th of October 2023
Each entry will be scrutinized and scored by a panel of international and independent judges. The entry that gets the highest score will be declared the winner.
Awards Ceremony 20th November 2023
All winning entries/companies will be awarded during the MEADFA Conference Gala dinner.
