Mazen has over 23 years of experience in the FMCG industry across the Middle East and North Africa, for the past 14 years in travel retail within the confectionery and beverage sectors. He has held senior roles at leading global companies such as PepsiCo, Diageo, L’Oréal, and Mars. He currently serves as Sales Director for Travel Retail and Duty Free at Notions Global.

Notions Global, part of the Dubai-based Notions Group, is known for its innovation in confectionery, date, and snack products. Since its founding in 1992 by Fawaz Masri—creator of the original guilt-free Chocodate—the company has grown into a global brand that blends tradition with modern appeal.

Mazen also served on the MEADFA board from 2021 to 2023 as the Representative for the Confectionery Members Group.
